Rim Ride and Christmas Dinner

Meet us in beautiful Red Rock Canyon and follow your guide on a trail Ride that will take your breath away. From high atop Fossil Ridge, overlook the beautiful Spring Mountains and multi-colored canyons below. Look for fossils in the rocks and see ancient geological formations. Then ride across the valley floor for a view of the vibrant Red Rock Canyon. Back in camp, the cook will serve you up a traditional meal of Turkey, Ham, Stuffing, Potato Salad, Green Bean Casserole, Sweet Potatoes, Country Gravy, Cranberry Sauce and more. For desert, gather around the campfire for a marshmallow roast and some pie. And who knows, maybe Santa might put on his cowboy hat and be there too!
